We believe financial transparency is a cornerstone of patient-centered care. Below you will find complete pricing for all clinical services, treatment series packages, and add-on modalities. We do not hide fees, add surprise charges, or require prepayment for services not yet rendered. Most Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) cover integrative medical services provided by licensed physicians and acupuncturists.

Treatment Series Packages
Integrative healing is a process, not a single event. Many of our clinical protocols require multiple sessions to achieve optimal outcomes. Patients who commit to a 6-visit treatment series receive a 10% discount on the per-session rate. Series packages are fully transferable between modalities within the same category.
Acupuncture Series
Six follow-up acupuncture sessions at $108 each instead of $120. Ideal for chronic pain, stress management, and hormonal balance protocols requiring sustained treatment frequency.
IV Therapy Series
Six Myers' Cocktail or custom IV sessions at $175.50 each instead of $195. Recommended for immune support, chronic fatigue, migraine prevention, and athletic recovery protocols.
Comprehensive Wellness
Complete integrative program: initial consultation, 3 follow-ups, 6 acupuncture sessions, nutrition consultation, and 2 IV therapy sessions. Our most popular package for new patients committed to transformation.

Series pricing reflects a 10% discount when you commit to a 6-visit treatment plan. Functional lab panels (DUTCH, GI-MAP, OAT) are billed separately through our partner laboratory at cost. Most HSA/FSA accounts cover integrative medical services.
Insurance & Financial Policies
WellLife Integrative Health operates as an out-of-network provider to preserve the quality and duration of care that integrative medicine demands. We provide superbills (itemized receipts with CPT and ICD-10 codes) that you can submit to your insurance carrier for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO and POS plans reimburse 50 to 80 percent of eligible charges.

Functional Lab Pricing
Specialty functional lab tests are billed separately through our partner laboratories at our negotiated practitioner rates, which are typically 30 to 50 percent below retail pricing. Lab costs vary by panel complexity and are always discussed and approved before ordering.
